Analytics gives you a set of ready-made charts that update as your data changes. Use it to spot trends, review activity over time, and export data for your team or leadership. Navigate to Analytics in the main navigation to open the page.

Charts

Health tier distributionPie chart of accounts by tier (Healthy, Needs Attention, At Risk, Critical)
Request volumeRequests opened, resolved, and backlog over time
Request impact mixDistribution of active requests by impact score band
Meeting activityMeeting count and unique accounts met with over time
Task throughputTasks created, completed, and backlog over time
Email volumeEmail messages and conversations over time

Controls

  • Date range — Last 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, YTD, or a custom range
  • Interval — Daily, weekly, or monthly bucketing

Export

Click Export CSV on any chart to download the underlying data as a spreadsheet.

Communication Report

Click Generate Communication Report to see a count of unique accounts you communicated with during a specific date range. The report shows:
  • Accounts communicated with (total)
  • Accounts with email activity
  • Accounts with meeting activity
Quick presets: This Year, Last Year, quarterly breakdowns (Q1–Q4), Last 30/60/90 Days. You can also set a custom date range.
