The HelpScout integration brings customer support conversations into Zudo so you can see support activity alongside the rest of your account data.

How to connect

Open Connections

Go to Settings → Connections and click Add Connection.

Select HelpScout

Choose HelpScout from the list and authorize Zudo to access your HelpScout account.

What syncs

Support conversations from HelpScout are linked to the corresponding accounts in Zudo and appear in the account activity timeline.

Use cases

  • See the full account picture — view open and recent support tickets alongside meetings, emails, and requests without switching between tools
  • Spot accounts with high support volume — identify customers who are struggling before it affects health scores
  • Prepare for calls — review recent support issues before a customer meeting using the activity timeline or meeting prep
