The Fireflies.ai integration automatically syncs meeting data into Zudo after every recorded call — summaries, action items, topics, and full transcripts appear in account timelines without manual entry.

Fireflies.ai is configured under Settings → Integrations.

Add the integration

Go to Settings → Integrations, click Add Integration, and select Fireflies.ai.

Paste your Fireflies API key

Copy your API key from Fireflies account settings and save the integration in Zudo.

Generate a webhook URL in Zudo

Expand the Fireflies integration card and click Generate URL.

Configure Fireflies Webhooks V2

Paste that generated URL into Fireflies Webhooks V2 and subscribe to meeting.transcribed and meeting.summarized.

What syncs

For each recorded meeting:
  • Title and time — meeting name and when it was scheduled
  • Attendees — names and email addresses
  • Action items — tasks captured during the meeting
  • Topics — structured outline of what was covered
  • Full transcript — the complete Fireflies transcript
Zudo automatically links meetings to accounts by looking at attendee email domains. It matches the most common external domain against contacts already in your accounts. If no automatic match is found, you can link manually from the meeting detail view.

Impact on health scoring

Meeting frequency is one of the five health score factors. Accounts you meet with regularly score higher in that dimension.

AI Meeting Prep uses your synced Fireflies meeting history — along with emails, requests, and health data — to generate pre-call briefings.
