The Fireflies.ai integration pulls meeting data into Zudo automatically after every recorded call. Meeting summaries, action items, and full transcripts appear in your account timelines without any manual entry.

How to connect

1

Open Connections

Go to Settings → Connections and click Add Connection.
2

Select Fireflies.ai

Choose Fireflies.ai from the list and authorize Zudo to access your Fireflies account.

What syncs

For each recorded meeting, Zudo imports:
  • Meeting title and scheduled time
  • Attendees — names and email addresses
  • Action items — tasks captured during the meeting
  • Topics discussed — a structured outline of what was covered
  • Full transcript — the complete transcript from Fireflies.ai

How meetings are linked to accounts

Zudo automatically links a meeting to an account by looking at attendee email domains. It finds the most common external domain among attendees and matches it against contacts already in your Zudo accounts. If a match is found, the meeting is linked to that account automatically. If a meeting isn’t linked automatically, you can link it manually from the meeting detail view.

How meeting frequency affects health scoring

Meeting frequency is one of the five factors in Zudo’s automated health score. Accounts you’re meeting with regularly score higher in this dimension. You can view the scoring breakdown and adjust weights in health scoring.

Using meeting data for meeting prep

Zudo’s AI Meeting Prep feature uses your synced Fireflies meeting history — along with emails, open requests, and health scores — to generate a pre-call briefing. See meeting prep for details.
