The Issues page shows engineering issues synced from Linear. Each issue tracks its status, links to the accounts and requests it affects, and supports internal notes.

The table shows each issue’s title, Linear identifier, status, creator, and created/updated dates. Click any row to open the detail page.

Issue detail page

Title, status badge, Linear identifier, creator, and creation date. An Open in Linear button links directly to the issue in your Linear workspace.

Five cards showing current status, creator, linked request count, linked account count, and note count.

Activity timeline

Shows the issue creation event, notes, and completion event (if Done). Notes are rendered with timestamps and author attribution. Add notes from the inline input at the top of the timeline. Only the author can delete their own notes. Description — The issue description from Linear, rendered as markdown. Linked Requests — Requests associated with this issue. Click Link to Request to search for and attach an existing request. Linked Accounts — Accounts affected by this issue (derived from linked requests). Click Link to Account to create a new request from the issue and link it to an account.

Statuses sync from Linear. When an issue’s state changes in Linear, linked request statuses are updated to match.

How issues affect health scoring

Issue resolution time is one of the five health score factors. Accounts linked to slow-resolving issues score lower in that dimension.
