The Slack integration sends Zudo notifications to your team’s Slack channels so important account changes surface where your team already works.

How to connect

Open Connections

Go to Settings → Connections and click Add Connection.

Select Slack

Choose Slack from the list and authorize Zudo to post to your workspace. Select the channel where you want notifications delivered.

What notifications are sent

  • Health tier drops — when an account’s health score crosses into a lower tier (e.g., from healthy to at-risk)
  • Completed requests — when a feature request linked to a customer account is marked as resolved
  • Alerts — unreplied email threads and other items surfaced by Zudo’s alert system

Configuring notifications

Notification preferences are managed in Settings → Connections after you connect Slack. You can adjust which events trigger a notification from the connection settings panel.
