It highlights engagement patterns, surfaces risks, and calls out opportunities — making it useful for quarterly reviews, handoffs, or any time you need a broader picture of the relationship.

How to generate an Account Summary

Open the account

Navigate to the account you want to summarize.

Click Account Summary

Click the Account Summary button on the account detail page.

Choose a time range

Select how far back you want the summary to cover. Options range from 1 week to all time.

Review the summary

The AI analyzes activity within your chosen range and returns a structured overview of engagement, risks, and opportunities.
