Meetings

The Meetings page shows every meeting in your organization — synced automatically from Fireflies.ai or logged manually. Each meeting includes attendees, AI-generated summaries, action items, and notes.

Meeting list

Meetings display as cards showing title, date, duration, an overview snippet, and the linked account. Use the controls at the top to search, filter, and sort.

Meeting detail page

Click any meeting to open the detail view.

Header

Date and time, duration, organizer, and attendee count. A dropdown menu provides quick links to view the meeting in Vitally or Fireflies (if synced), refresh details from Fireflies, or delete the meeting.

Content sections

Notes — A shared thread where you and teammates can leave notes. Notes are attributed and timestamped. Only the author can delete their own note. Gist — A bullet-point summary of the key takeaways. Summary — A longer AI-generated narrative overview of the meeting. Transcript — The full topics discussed, collapsible for long transcripts. Action Items — Parsed from the transcript and grouped by person. Each item has a button to create a Zudo task directly from it (auto-linked to the meeting and account).

Sidebar

Attendees — Everyone on the call, with an “Internal” or “Guest” badge. You can add attendees manually. Linked Account — The account this meeting is associated with. Zudo auto-links meetings by matching attendee email domains to your contacts. You can also link or change the account manually. Related Issues — Issues linked to this meeting, if any.

Logging a meeting manually

Click Log Meeting from the meetings list or from an account’s dropdown menu. Fill in:

• Title (required)
• Account (optional, searchable)
• Date, start time, end time (optional)
• Overview (optional)

Manual meetings appear in the list and on account timelines alongside synced meetings.

How meetings affect health scoring

Meeting frequency is one of the five health score factors. Accounts you meet with regularly score higher in that dimension.
