## Core capabilities

**Health scoring** — Every account gets a daily 0–100 score based on email response time, meeting frequency, open requests, issue resolution, and recent activity. You can override the score with a manual CSM Pulse when you know something the data doesn't. [Learn more →](/accounts/health-scoring)

**AI-powered prep** — Meeting Prep pulls your last 10 meetings, recent emails, open requests, tasks, and health data to produce a structured briefing with a suggested agenda, risk assessment, and questions to ask.
