# Fireflies.ai

> Pull meeting recordings, transcripts, and action items into Zudo after every call.

The Fireflies.ai integration automatically syncs meeting data into Zudo after every recorded call — summaries, action items, topics, and full transcripts appear in account timelines without manual entry.

## Connect

Fireflies.ai is configured under **Settings → Integrations**.

## What syncs

For each recorded meeting:

* **Title and time** — meeting name and when it was scheduled
* **Attendees** — names and email addresses
* **Action items** — tasks captured during the meeting
* **Topics** — structured outline of what was covered
* **Full transcript** — the complete Fireflies transcript

## How meetings link to accounts

Zudo automatically links meetings to accounts by looking at attendee email domains. It matches the most common external domain against contacts already in your accounts. If no automatic match is found, you can link manually from the meeting detail view.

## Impact on health scoring

Meeting frequency is one of the five [health score](/accounts/health-scoring) factors. Accounts you meet with regularly score higher in that dimension.

## Meeting Prep

[AI Meeting Prep](/ai/meeting-prep) uses your synced Fireflies meeting history — along with emails, requests, and health data — to generate pre-call briefings.
