# Meeting Prep

> One-click AI briefings with agenda, risk analysis, and questions before any customer call.

Meeting Prep generates a structured briefing from your account data so you walk into every call with full context. It pulls recent meetings, emails, open requests, tasks, health scores, notes, and contacts — then produces an exportable summary with a suggested agenda, risk assessment, and discovery questions.

## Generating a briefing

    Click the **Meeting Prep** button on the account detail page. Zudo gathers your data and runs the AI analysis —
    typically a few seconds.

    The briefing opens in a modal. Review each section, then export or copy it before your call.

  Briefings are cached for 30 minutes. Click **Refresh** to regenerate with the latest data if something has changed
  since the last generation.

## What's in the briefing

**Executive summary** — A 2–3 sentence snapshot of where the account stands: health, momentum, and what needs your attention.

**Relationship health** — An overall status (**Strong**, **Healthy**, **Neutral**, **Strained**, or **At-risk**) with 2–4 specific indicators drawn from your data, plus a description of how this customer typically engages.

**Last meeting recap** — When the last meeting happened, the key takeaways, and any outstanding commitments that need follow-up.

**Recent email context** — A summary of your current email exchange so you know the state of ongoing conversations.

**Suggested agenda** — Prioritized topics to cover, each with a rationale and talking points to guide the conversation.

**Risk assessment** — An overall risk level (**Low**, **Medium**, or **High**) with specific concerns to address and opportunities to explore.

**Discovery questions** — 3–5 account-specific questions to help you uncover needs, surface blockers, or advance the relationship.

**Watch outs** — 1–3 things to be aware of going in: sensitivities, past commitments, or contacts who may need extra attention.

## Exporting
